"After several solicitous phone calls during which I asked not to be contacted by this company, I received a solicitous BIRTHDAY card from a state farm rep 40 miles from where I live! What is the deal Mike Johnson? Y'all have offices every three blocks and think I need help finding you? No wonder your dang rates are so high, you spend all your money on offices and mailers. "Jaelyn helped set me up a heath policy that pays me if I go to the hospital and a life insurance policy. I tried to bundle my auto, but it was too expensive. Before finding out it was too expensive she mentioned the benefits of bundling with a life and health policies which I was interested in so I decided to get only those. I have a policy that pays out every time I go to the hospital, so that will be very beneficial if I’m injured in an accident, go the hospital for a bad cold, etc. for only $9.69 a month! I’m going to follow back up with her at my renewal to see if they’re competitive then because I really enjoyed speaking with her. I had a great customer service experience and she was very informative."
