I can honestly say that I have been blown away by the level of customer service, professionalism, and genuine care I received from this State Farm team!
From the very beginning, the experience was exceptional. The friendly approach, patience, and willingness to go the extra mile to answer my questions and help me understand my policies made the entire process incredibly smooth and stress-free.
I transferred three different insurance policies—Auto, Home, and Dwelling from another major insurance company, and I was absolutely amazed by the results! Not only was I able to significantly reduce my insurance costs, but I also ended up with better coverage than I had before! It’s not often that you find yourself paying less while getting more protection. My only regret is that I didn’t make this move sooner!
I especially want to recognize Jaelyn, who assisted me throughout the entire process. She was absolutely fantastic! Her attention to detail, responsiveness, and dedication to making sure everything was taken care of truly stood out. She stayed on top of every step, kept me informed, and made sure I knew exactly what I needed to do to complete the transition. "“Big Mike,” his preferred name, is not only an excellent insurance agency with a professional and comforting staff; it is also a family resource for me.
Of course, his office is backed by State Farm, but it usually feels like State Farm is backed by Big Mike and his staff. Yes, my insurance rates, protection, finances, and proactive activities to avoid losses are influenced by the office when appropriate, but Big Mike is also a sphere of influence for my family as we adjust to our DFW community.

"I'm like everyone else, shopping for a better rate on home and auto. I see these offers pop up for $39 a month rates so I reluctantly began inquiring for a better rate. And yes I became overwhelmed with a deluge of texts and calls from companies promising a better rate, but they all fell flat. And while I never did find a $39/month auto rate, Stephania won me over with her patience and understanding and a better rate than what I had. Thank you Stephania."

"This is a follow-up from my initial review posted several days ago. I want to emphasize the lack of communication from this State Farm agency as their representative advised me that the owner, Michael Johnson, would promptly give me a phone call regarding the continual erroneous quotes for life insurance policies. Since there has not been any communication from him, this amplifies my initial review to not purchase anything from this agency."

"This agency does NOT reply in a timely fashion, if at all, to ANY inquiries. The time to truly shine and grow a business i.e. referrals, is servicing your clients post sale which you have failed to do so. I found myself having to constantly follow up only to get excuses why they didnt respond. I recently had an ACCIDENT (trigger word??) and called my agent to ask some general questions and still didn’t receive a return call. That was the final straw so I switched my State Farm agent to Christy Brott. Going forward, perhaps Michael Johnson and his associates can better serve their existing clients with one less to worry about."
