"This agency does NOT reply in a timely fashion, if at all, to ANY inquiries. The time to truly shine and grow a business i.e. referrals, is servicing your clients post sale which you have failed to do so. I found myself having to constantly follow up only to get excuses why they didnt respond. I recently had an ACCIDENT (trigger word??) and called my agent to ask some general questions and still didn’t receive a return call. That was the final straw so I switched my State Farm agent to Christy Brott. Going forward, perhaps Michael Johnson and his associates can better serve their existing clients with one less to worry about."
